C: ACEO #67: Sailor Aquila

I allowed the commission waitlist people who want to have ACEOs to sneak in, because I can work on some ACEOs between the big commissions. And here is one of them: iCheddar's Sailor Aquila! The colours are more vibrant in real, for example the fuku colours are more intense and the background is more greenish.
